Cancellation Policy
Hair Goddess Cancellation Policy
Your appointment is very important to me. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary and respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. I allow a 15-minute grace period. If you’re running late, please notify me as soon as possible. Arrivals past 15 minutes will result in a cancellation.
Cancellations made in less than 48 hours notice will result in a forfeit of your $25 deposit and require a new deposit to book a new appointment. Cancellations made before 48 hours notice and your deposit can be transferred to a future booking.
No-shows forfeit the $25 deposit and require a new deposit to book a new appointment. Three no-shows will result in being banned from booking.
